I trust. Do you?
Sometimes, when we’re leaning on faith and relying on a higher power to guide us, it can feel frightening. Having faith when life is ticking along nicely is one thing. But what about when everything is stripped away? When you’re standing there bare, wondering how you’re going to pay the mortgage or put food on the table. What then? Do you lean into faith – or do you lean into fear?
Faith is easier when you know where you stand. But what about when God asks you to trust while the doctor tells you your cancer is no longer curable? Do you continue to trust, standing strong in the knowledge that doctors have their view – or do you collapse into fear because science feels final and you believe you now need a miracle?
Walking in faith isn’t always easy. Trusting that the mortgage money will appear, that the cupboards won’t run empty – that doesn’t come naturally to everyone. It didn’t to me.
And trusting that God’s promise, His cure, His miracle will arrive despite what the physical world tells you? That comes with real challenge.
What I’ve learned over the past seven years, though, is this: faith is built bit by bit. Slowly. Quietly. And as the world crowds around you saying it’s not possible, this is what logic says, this is what science proves – you reach a point where you can say:
“Yes, I hear what science says. I understand how your logic works. But the God I work for? He’s different.”
He eats logic for breakfast and uses science as tooth floss.
For Him, there is no impossible task. No miracle too big.
All He asks is your trust – full faith. Believe in the unseen, in what the world cannot touch, and you will live a life like no other.
Because He will hold you.
He will guide you.
He will dry your tears.
And when you truly meet Him here, fear and anxiety no longer rule your days. You know – deep in your bones – that whatever He guides you into, you can face. Whatever storm you’re in, He can calm. And whatever miracle you’re praying for, He can bring.
All you have to learn… is how to trust.
I speak of God as many do – a “He”, a man, a sky-daddy somewhere above us. But the reality is far greater. God is something vast and beyond human comprehension. He is not only everything and everyone who has ever existed – He exists within every single one of us.
Your intuition.
Your inner knowing.
Your inner God.
And when you learn to walk in faith, you will never walk a single day on your own.

I Love It!
“He eats logic for breakfast and uses science as tooth floss.”
Truer words were never written!
This article is written beautifully and I agree with every word. Like you, I am blessed to have a close, guiding relationship with God where we have conversations on the regular. Even with that, I had to build my faith bit by bit. I’m so very grateful for the deep, always trusting faith I’ve come to.
So enjoy your writing and videos.
Happy Christmas to you and yours💜
